Let’s End the Kobe vs. Shaq Madness!!

Published by thunderstar at 10:12 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

While reading various twitter comments, I came across a comment: Sure Kobe won a title without Shaq but can he win without DERRICK FISHER! I sit and think to myself “What more do they want Kobe to do, play and win a world championship by himself against 5 other players?”

First off the Kobe vs. Shaq argument is silly. Let’s put it into perspective. When Shaq won his title with the Miami Heat in 06′, he was NOT the best player on his own team. To be truthful, Eric Dampier (Dallas Mavaricks) embarrassed him making Shaq look old and dated. Wade, Haslem, and Posey put the Heat over the top that year. Kobe took a Lakers team that was rebuilt over the past two years and led them to the championship. And yes, Kobe is the best player in the NBA right now.

Shaq needs to keep his mouth shut and focus on the resurgence of his career in 08/09′. I see he put his freestyle skills on hold this year (No Kobe Pt2 rap). And, why is he bringing “Shaq Fu” back. The MMA star whom he has challenged (Hong Man Choi), can send him and his career to same place where his sorry @#! SEGA fighting game went: into retirement. Do us all a favor and go work on your low post moves and improving your free throw shooting.

Let’s look on the bright side. Once you retire you can work on getting your police badge back……
